退貨需求提出的期限及限制

依消費者保護法第19條第1項本文規定,原則上仍享有7日無條件退貨解約之權利,但是所購買之物品如果是屬於「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」所規定之特殊商品,企業經營者即可在網站告知消費者,該等商品「不提供7日無條件退貨」之情形。準則第2條規定,通訊交易之商品或服務有下列情形之一,並經企業經營者告知消費者將排除消保法第19條第1項規定解除權之適用者,屬排除7日解除權之合理例外情事如下:

◻️易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期

◻️依消費者要求所為之客製化給付

◻️報紙、期刊或雜誌

◻️經消費者拆封之影音商品或電腦軟體

◻️非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務,經消費者事先同意始提供

◻️已拆封之個人衛生用品

◻️國際航空客運服務





退換貨接受的標準及注意事項

◻️客製化訂製商品,不接受退換貨,請在購買前確認好尺寸及樣式。

◻️海外地區因運送成本太高,不接受退換貨,下單前請評估好風險。

◻️若商品宅配無人收件、便利商店配達後沒取件,商品被退回之退貨,再次補寄需另收一筆運費,如要退貨金額需扣除運費。

◻️其他合理範圍內的需求,請在收到商品後的3天內與我們聯繫,並將退貨商品保持完整、全新包裝等候通知(含相關物品或文件,如贈品、附件、包裝、及所有附隨文件、購買憑證、收據或資料商品標籤(如吊牌)等)。

◻️申請退換貨不代表一定會通過,請保持所有商品、贈品、附件、包裝、及所有附隨文件、購買憑證、收據或資料的全新及完整性,等待我們的通知,否則不予退貨。

◻️尺寸2cm誤差、螢幕色差、線頭外露等,在國際驗貨標準都是屬於可接受範圍,並不屬於瑕疵。因電腦解析度及螢幕等問題會有色差差異,以收到的商品實品為準。

◻️Customized products do not accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm the size and style before purchasing.

◻️Due to the high shipping costs, returns and exchanges are not accepted in overseas areas. Please assess the risk before placing an order.

◻️If there is no one to pick up the goods after home delivery, or there is no pick-up after delivery at the convenience store, and the goods are returned, another shipping fee will be charged for re-shipping. If you want to return the goods, the shipping fee will be deducted.

◻️For other reasonable needs, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods, and keep the returned goods intact and in new packaging until notification (including related items or documents, such as gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying items) Documents,purchase vouchers, receipts or information product labels (such as hang tags, etc.).

◻️Applying for a return or exchange does not mean that it will be approved. Please keep all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents, purchase vouchers, receipts or information new and complete, and wait for our notification, otherwise no return will be made.

◻️Dimension error of 2cm, screen color difference, exposed threads, etc. are within the acceptable range according to international inspection standards and are not considered defects. There will be color differences due to computer resolution and screen issues. The actual product received shall prevail.
