Q：下單完成後，什麼時候會收到貨呢？

After placing the order, when will I receive the goods?

◻️客製化商品（如：動漫迷因短T/帽T）製作期 15 ~ 30 個工作天。

◻️藝術印刷品（如：壓克力板畫/滑鼠墊）製作期 7 ~ 14 個工作天。

🔹所有商品將依照訂購順序出貨。出貨時會有系統信件通知，有時信件會被歸到垃圾信件匣，請留意。如持續沒有收到通知信，請聯繫我們。

◻️The production period for art prints (such as acrylic paintings/mouse pads) is 7 to 14 working days, and will be shipped in the order ordered.

◻️The production period of customized products (such as anime meme short T-shirts/hoodie) is 15 to 30 working days, and will be shipped according to the order ordered.

🔹There will be a system email notification when shipping. Sometimes the email will be sent to the junk mail box, please pay attention. If you continue to not receive the notification letter, please contact us.

🔹如選用超商取貨，在商品送達指定超商時，會以簡訊或電子郵件通知，請在 5 天內到您所指定的超商取件。

🔹由於超商物流配送時間不一，若您對送達時間非常要求的話，建議使用宅配

◻️海外：順豐（多數海外國家） / 郵局

🔺如商品未取貨遭退回，將酌收重新配送的運費。

🔹Cross border: SF Express / Post Office

🔺If the product is returned without being picked up, re-delivery freight will be charged.
